With George Allen about to concede, the macro election (a few races are still in recounts around the country): the House and the Senate are again Democratic majorities.

ReplyDeleteDriving back from D.C., I heard Senator Allan's concession speech on CNN. Quite gracious. So now it's official, the Democrats control Congress. Let's see what they do with that.
