I was there in Copley Square, and the remnant of Isabel was trying to blow us away, but Dean held firm and fired back at Bush & Co.. It was also forecasted to start pouring rain at 11:00 am, an hour and a half before Dean spoke, but like Moses parting the Red Sea, Dean's firery speech, held back the rain. It started raining about 15 minutes after he finished speaking.
